This blend of Spices can be used on anything. This blend of spices is combined in a delicious array of spicy superb-ness!
Let’s get Jerking...
1. Set aside any meat you want to marinade. (I will be using drumsticks)
2. Add Naz's Kitchen Jerk Rub to a bowl, add any chilli sauce and mix well.
3. Add the meat to the mixture and at this stage if you dare add some green or crushed chillies and leave to marinade for 24 hours. If you're rushed for time leave in the fridge for 30mins.
4. Add the meat to and ovenproof dish and let the oven do its thing.
5. Once the meat is thoroughly cooked, sprinkle some spring onions or garnish with anything you have lying around in the fridge.
