These have been the most popular dish in my household during Lockdown. A fantastic fake-away! They are perfect comfort food and ideal for snacking on but filling at the same time.
Just follow these simple steps to create your Masala Fries:
1. Slice 3-4 medium sized potatoes with skin on. (Yes- that's correct with skin on. If we can save a job, well why not?)
2. Add the rub to a bowl (save a little rub for later) and mix the sliced potatoes with the rub. Coat them well.
3. Fry them or oven bake.
4. Before serving add the remainder rub over the fries and tuck in.
